• I typically charge by the project for on-site services to organizations, including consultation to executives, managers or HR personnel.  Services include coaching, team-building, selection and hiring, visioning and strategic planning and other organizational interventions.
• I also work with small businesses (fewer than 12 employees) and non-profit organizations.
• I custom design seminars and trainings too.

Clients are responsible for verifying insurance benefits prior to the first appointment.

Travel, lodging and meals outside my local area are billed separately to the client.

• My initial intake fee is $175 for a two-hour consultation.  My standard fee for a 50-minute session is $125 for individuals, and $150 for couples. I have a few limited half-hour sessions for $65.
• I offer a "sliding scale" of fees, based upon income.   I will also consider adjustments based upon individual circumstances.   If you need a reduced fee, please discuss it with me.
• I am a provider on some health insurance panels, please contact me if you are planning to use your insurance to see if I am an 'in-network' or 'out-of-network' provider.
